I heard that bananas and potatoes help a body get rid of water weight.
Does anyone know if thats true?
I had a banana for breakfast and some potato in my dinner, but I don't feel any better LOL.
2 lbs chop meat or ground Turkey (browned)
1 green pepper,
1 yellow pepper
1 small onion
(all chopped),
2 8oz cans tomato sauce,
3 14.5 cans of chunky or diced tomatoes,
